The Student Directory is an online directory with contact information of students attending SHS and MHS. Inclusion in the directory is optional. Information is collected online using the secure system Membership Toolkit (note new vendor as of September 2019).

Note: Returning families must verify their information EVERY year.

Although the directory vendor is called Membership Toolkit, PTSA is not using it for membership. To pay your PTSA membership fees, please go to https://www.pittsfordptsa.net/membership

New Families

Use the link below to create a new family profile.

  • This directory is for high school only. 

  • Use this link for new families only.

Returning Families

Do not sign up as a new family, as it causes duplication.

  • Families will receive an email from "Membership Toolkit" before school starts with a link to their family profile.

  • The link is for high school only. 

  • Check that your child’s new grade is listed correctly and carefully check your address and contact information, making changes if needed.

  • Add any children who will be attending MHS this year.

  • Enter all children under the same family registration.
